Booking conditions

FOR YOUR RESERVATION TO BE MADE EFFECTIVE YOU MUST MAKE THE PAYMENT OF THE ADVANCE (40% OF THE TOTAL) and send proof of payment. You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirming your reservation, until then your reservation will not be considered closed.
The rest of the payment must be made by transfer before your arrival, keep in mind that if it is a holiday or weekend, you must make the transfer a few days before so that it is in the accommodation account on the day of your arrival.

OTHER INFORMATION OF INTEREST THAT IS IMPORTANT TO READ:

AFTER MIDNIGHT NOISE OUTSIDE SHOULD BE MODERATED SO AS NOT TO DISTURB THE NEIGHBORHOOD (Turn off the music or put it at a very low volume and avoid singing and shouting)

The acceptance of the reservation validates and assumes the general conditions that are specified below:

  • The entry time is from 4:00 p.m. (in low season from 12:00 a.m.), you must notify your expected arrival time in advance.
  • The departure time on the day of departure is until 12:00, unless you have reached a prior agreement with the owner in writing. (in low season it can be up to 4:00 p.m. if you reserve the entire weekend).
  • The special rates and other offers published on this website will be applicable for the dates specified therein.
  • The reference prices will be those published on our website www.casaderoque.es
  • VAT is included in the amount of the reservation.
  • Under no circumstances will more people be allowed than those established according to the maximum number mentioned in the description of the accommodation (18 people), including children under 2 years of age. The owner reserves the right of admission or cancellation of the reservation if this condition is not respected.
  • It is mandatory by law that each traveler over the age of 16 fill out and sign an occupancy form that the owner is obliged to deliver to the responsible authorities, there is no copy for travelers. If they do not want direct contact with the reception, CUSTOMERS CAN SEND A PHOTO OF THEIR ID THROUGH WHATSAPP TO THE OWNER THE DAY BEFORE THEIR ARRIVAL, SO THAT THEY CAN COVER THE CUSTOMER FILES, WHICH MUST SIGN UPON ARRIVING AT THE ACCOMMODATION.

EQUIPMENT

TABLECLOTHS OR NAPKINS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
The accommodation is fully equipped in terms of crockery and utensils.
The kitchen has soap for the dishwasher and dishes for two or three days, and all the necessary utensils.
The rooms have bed linen and bathrooms, as well as gel/shampoo, hand soap and toilet paper for two or three days.
There will be no daily cleaning of rooms or change of lingerie during the stay.

If the customer wishes to have the bed and bathroom linen changed, he must request it in advance and it will be provided after delivering the dirty, the cost will be ten euros for each room set. If you want a cleaning service during your stay, you must request it upon your arrival, the total cleaning of the house and rooms will cost 70 euros.

You must bring your own pool towels, bath towels must not be used in the garden.
There is firewood for the barbecue at no cost

We ask that you use it responsibly, without wasting it, we do not have coal or quick-ignition products.

DOGS ARE ADMITTED for a supplement of €5 per pet/day.
The client undertakes to leave the accommodation in perfect condition, as it was found.

If there is any damage to the facilities, the customer must report it as soon as possible.

The crockery that was used must be left clean and in the place where it was on your arrival, as well as the furniture in its place if it was moved during your stay.
Garbage must be removed by customers, there are recycling containers near the house, we would ask you to properly separate the waste.
The accommodation reserves the right to charge the card that customers leave as a guarantee for damages caused during their stay due to negligence or misuse, prior notification.
For stays of more than four days, we will request permission to come and carry out the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool, at times that do not disturb the guests, previously arranged with them.

CANCELATION CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL NOT BE APPLIED IN ANY CASE IF GOVERNMENT INDICATIONS, CAUSED BY THE COVID-19 HEALTH CRISIS, PREVENT CUSTOMERS FROM TRAVELING OR GOING TO TOURIST ACCOMMODATIONS.

In this case, the amount they have paid as a reserve will be entered into the account number that the client notifies, within a maximum period of five days.
The advance that will be requested as a reservation guarantee will be 40% of the total reservation.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following withholding percentages will be applied to the amount of the advance made:

  • 50% if canceled from 30 to 25 days before the date of entry.
  • 75% when canceled from 25 to 15 days before the date of entry.
  • 90% when canceled 15 days or less before the date of entry.
The resulting amount after the cancellation discount will be returned to the client, in the account previously indicated, within a period not exceeding 5 days.
  1. Not showing up on the day of the reservation will imply the charge of 100% of the total advance of the reservation.
  2. Early departure before the day established in the formalization of the reservation does not give the right to a refund of the services not enjoyed, because they have already been contracted, for which the total amount provided in this document will be invoiced.
