Adventure in nature
For the most daring, the area offers plenty of active tourism. To start, we recommend the canyoning route along the Santa Baia waterfall, in Outes, ideal for beginners: abseils, jumps and natural slides always with a guide, suitable from age 12.
If you prefer water, half an hour away there is rafting down the rapids of the Río Ulla and, closer by, kayaking inside the Ézaro waterfall, perfect for families depending on the tides. And for pure adrenaline, bungee jumping from the Ponte Ceilán over the Río Tambre.
On foot and on horseback
On foot, discover restored mills, streams and rivers, medieval bridges and trails among meadows and woods that start almost at the door of the house.
And on horseback, there are routes for adults and children aged 7 and up at Estivada Ecuestre, just 200 metres away, adapted to every level: a calm way to discover the landscape of the ría de Muros e Noia.
