On the ground floor are the kitchen, a toilet, the dining room, the living room and one room, Cuarto de Palmira.
A very bright room, with a window in the bedroom and in the bathroom. It is decorated in green and yellow tones, with wallpaper around the headboard and in the sitting area. It has a 1.50 m bed. Its ground-floor location and the sliding door in the bathroom make it accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has crockery, glassware and cutlery, tea towels and cleaning products. It features an extendable table that seats up to 18 people, plus small appliances: an electric juicer and toaster and both a filter (not capsule) electric coffee maker and a stovetop Italian one.
This space was the old dining room of the house and, before that, the place where the livestock was kept. It has two 2-seater sofas and one 3-seater with a coffee table, as well as a round table with 5 chairs. It keeps the original hydraulic-tile floor and the dining cabinet where the crockery and glassware for special occasions were kept; this cabinet could not be moved to the current dining room because it was custom-made for the space it stands in.
