Casa de Roque is rented as a whole house (not by individual rooms). The main conditions of the stay are detailed below.
Rental and capacity
Whole-house rental: 7 double rooms, maximum capacity 18 guests (4 of them on extra beds). Rooms are not rented individually.
Check-in and check-out times
High season: check-in from 4pm and check-out until 12pm.
Low season: check-in from 12pm and check-out until 4pm.
Please let us know the day before, or at least two hours before your expected arrival time.
Services and extra costs
Included: WiFi, heating, use of the estate, swimming pool, hórreo, parking, full kitchenware, hearth and linen.
Extra costs: extra bed +€15 and pets +€5/day (see policies).
If the house is rented for an event involving more people than those staying overnight, a per-event fee must be paid.
Services not included
There is no daily room cleaning or linen change, and meals are not served. Any extra service must be arranged separately.
